Clubul Sportiv Municipal Constanța, commonly known as CSM Constanța, is a Romanian basketball club based in Constanța, which currently participates in the Liga Națională, the top-tier league in Romania. The team represents the men's basketball section of the CSM Constanța multi-sports club. The basketball team predates the multi-sports club (which was founded in 2021), being named Athletic Neptun Constanța before the merger in the summer of 2022. The club initially played in the second-tier Liga I. However, in 2018 the league was merged with the top-tier: Liga Națională.

ABC Athletic Constanța är en rumänsk basketklubb baserad i Constanța. Klubben grundades 1968 och spelar sina hemmamatcher i Sala Sporturilor. ABC Athletic Constanța spelar i den rumänska basketligan, Liga Națională, och har vunnit fem mästerskapstitlar, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982 och 2019. Klubben har också vunnit tre cuptitlar, 1979, 1980 och 2019.

ABC Athletic Constanța har en stark tradition av att utveckla unga spelare och har en av de bästa ungdomsakademierna i Rumänien. Klubben har också haft många framgångsrika spelare genom åren, inklusive Gheorghe Mureșan, Mihai Neșu och Vlad Moldoveanu.

Under säsongen 2022-23 spelar ABC Athletic Constanța i Liga Națională och EuroCup.
